This 2027 Peterbilt 567 Cab & Chassis is built for
general freight, flatbed, and heavy vocational upfit work with a 260"
wheelbase and a strong multi-axle Class 8 chassis setup. It features a
121" BBC aluminum cab and Metton hood in an SFFA configuration, giving it
a rugged set-forward axle stance with plenty of frame for body installation.
Under the hood, it’s powered by a Cummins X15 Productivity Series rated at 500
HP and paired with an Allison 4500 RDS-P 6-speed automatic transmission for
strong vocational performance and easy operation.
It carries a 20,000 lb front axle load and 40,000 lb rear
axle load. The front axle is a PACCAR FX-20 steer axle rated at 20,000 lbs,
while the rear setup uses Meritor RT40-160 40,000 lb tandem axles with full
locking tandem axles and a 4.10 rear axle ratio. This truck also includes two
Watson-Chalin self-steering pusher axles rated at 13,500 lbs each, Peterbilt
Air Trac 40,000 lb rear suspension, Bendix Smart ATC traction control, ABS,
tire pressure monitoring, pneumatic park brake, full air disc brakes on the
steer and tandem drive axles, pusher axle regulator/gauges, and a dash-mounted
suspension dump switch.
Fuel capacity includes a polished 90 gallon left-side
under-cab aluminum tank with a fuel cooler, polished straps, and a small DEF
tank mounted left behind cab. Inside, this cab & chassis features Mordura
driver and passenger seating, Prestige Interior in Sterling Gray, SmartSound
cab insulation, high-visibility yellow interior grab handles, adjustable
tilt/telescope steering column, Bluetooth, USB, satellite radio, Uniden CB
radio, midlevel speaker package, rear wall deep record/map pocket, cab air
suspension, backup alarm, drive axle oil temperature gauges, air suspension
pressure gauge, tractor brake application gauge, dual pusher axle pressure
gauges, spare rocker switches, and a 15" digital display cluster. Finished
in black with a black frame, dual chrome stacks, deep tapered chrome bumper,
heavy-duty external tow eyes, bright hood air intake bezel, bright aero mirror
housings, stainless sunvisor, extra-polished Accuride wheels, auxiliary light
wiring, beacon/strobe wiring, load light provisions, and a square end-of-frame
setup for body installation, this 567 Cab & Chassis is ready for a serious
flatbed or vocational upfit.
